On February 13, Captain C.M. Maurer, SAME San Diego Post President, presented LTJG Joshua Ma with the San Diego Post Young Engineer of the Year Award. LTJG Ma serves as Programs Officer for the San Diego Post. This is a critically important position for our Post in that the quality of our programs at our monthly meetings ensures a high level of interest and continued participation by our civilian and military community of architects, engineers and construction managers. During his tenure as Programs Officer our membership grew to new records and the Post was recognized with the coveted “Distinguished Post Award” by SAME National. LTJG Ma’s highly effective service as SAME San Diego Post Programs Officer is truly appreciated by all the Post Officers, Board of Directors, as well as the general membership of the San Diego Post.
